Neways at Home not only provide excellent care for my dad but also support to us as a family. Having the same regular carers means that small changes are noticed and acted upon and, where these are medical in nature, Neways are quick to respond and seek appropriate help. I have found the carers to be patient and thoughtful. They have taken care to get to know my dad and understand how to approach his care needs where there might otherwise be resistance. There is good communication between the carers, management and the family and I have found Neways to be proactive in suggesting ways that will further support Dad's emerging needs.
