Hannah has started her career in care as a Home Care Assistant, progressed to Care Coordinator and now she is the Registered Manager of Neways at Home. With 10 years of care experience, she enjoys implementing person-centred care for simple to complex needs and specialise in areas such as End of life and Dementia care. On a daily basis, she leads the team of care coordinators, senior carers and carers, ensure the service is delivered as per the quality standards and responsible for the overall wellbeing of clients and staff. She regularly works with Dorset Council, GPs, Dorset County Hospital and other professionals to make sure our clients received the best care possible. She is progressing towards her NVQ level 5 in Health and Social care. Hannah enjoys travelling and hang out good quality time with friends and family.

Samantha Adkins is our Director of Care Services & Head of Compliance is responsible for delivering person-centred care plan, ensuring the service is complaint with CQC regulations and responsible for the overall wellbeing of clients and staff. She has 20+ years of experience in caring for vulnerable adults and people living with dementia in the community, care homes and hospitals. She started her career as a Care Assistant and worked her way to the Senior Management role and enjoys implementing person-centred care wherever she works. She is qualified for NVQ level 5 Diploma in Management and leadership in Health and Social Care and has several other qualifications to her credit. She is a competent trainer and assessor and believes thorough training is key to looking after their clients like their own family members. She enjoys reading history and exploring people and places.

Sinto is our Director & CQC Nominated Individual who is responsible for the quality of service and business operations. He has 20+ years of experience in various capacities such as Consultant and Business owner in various areas such as Local Councils, Adult Social Care, Banking and Charity. Sinto has been actively involved in the home care and care home area for the last 8 years. Sinto has worked with various local community groups such as Director, Weymouth Carnival and several other charity groups. He has developed various community engagement programmes such as Community Bingos, Coffee morning, etc. Sinto likes to explore people and places, reading all sort of books and enjoys having a good balance between work and personal life.

With 19 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Clare Townsend is a dedicated and compassionate professional committed to enhancing the well-being of those in need. She holds an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and certifications in First Aid, Medication Administration, and Manual Handling. Specializing in personal care, medication administration, and independent living support, Clare has held leadership roles, including Team Leader and Care Coordinator, ensuring the highest standards of care. Reliable and flexible, she is passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives. Outside work, she enjoys community activities, learning new skills, and expanding her healthcare knowledge.

With over a decade experience in healthcare, Lucy Virgo is a dedicated Home Care Coordinator, leading her team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care. A former Nurse Associate, she brings expertise in dementia care, primary healthcare, care planning, and staff training. Passionate about continuous learning, she holds certifications in Cervical Screening, Asthma Care, Cannulation, and Reflexology. Committed to fairness and dignity in care, Lucy strives to empower individuals and promote independence. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, family time, and holistic therapies.

As a Wellbeing Coordinator, Tracy visits our clients/families and ensures that we are delivering the care as planned, collects feedback and finding out ways to improve the well-being of clients & staff. Tracy is qualified to NVQ level 3 and brings 15+ years of experience in Adult Social Care Services in the community in the Weymouth and Dorchester area with a particular focus on Dementia and Parkinson's. Tracy has explored most of Dorset - expert when it comes to places, roads and various routes in Weymouth and Dorchester. She came into care to help people and make a difference.

Heather is our Senior Home Care Assistant at Neways at Home who specialises in Complex care and End of Life care. She 20+ years of experience in caring children and adults. She finds her job really rewarding by supporting people to be independent at their own home. She is a nature loving person who likes to walk, going for camping and trekking. She has NVQ level 2 in Health and Social care and work towards the next levels.

What led you into a career in care work? I went into a career in care as I felt like I had a lot to give to people who needed help. Seeing other carers having job satisfaction, that they had made a difference to someone's life. What do you enjoy most about working for Neways? I enjoy working for Neways as I feel listened too and totally valued. We work as a team and our individual skills are recognised and encouraged.

Novuyo is our Home Care Assistant and has 5+ years of experience in caring children & adults. The driving force in her job is the appreciation from people whom she cares. Smile in their faces with a feeling of gratitude boost her everyday. She has gained a degree in counselling and have immense experience in counselling people with behavioural changes. She likes to contribute to the society by supporting people with mental health and Alzheimer's disease and to motivate children with career guidance and counselling. She enjoys knitting blankets and scarfs and present them to clients during special occasions.
