We are a family-owned and run organisation. At Neways at Home, we are here to listen and support your wishes and preferences while professionally assessing your needs. We stay in close contact with others who support you, including family, friends, and other healthcare professionals, keeping meticulous records that you and those close to you can access easily.

We employ the best carers with a caring nature and provide them with thorough training before carefully matching the right carer with the right client.
If you are not satisfied with a particular carer, you can simply call us and inform us, and we will match the client with another suitable carer.
We carry all the necessary professional accreditations and liability insurance coverage to ensure that all of our clients and their families are fully protected. All our carers are directly employed by us to ensure quality staff are supporting our clients. We do not use agency staff. There are enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, reference checks, advanced hands-on training with shadowing rotas, and competency assessments before a staff member starts working with our clients.
