Recently, our Community Liaison Officer, Sally Hopgood, met with Sam Bowditch, Manager at The Sanctuary - Crisis Intervention Hub CIC, to learn more about their incredible work and offer our support.
A Vital Support Service in the Community
The Sanctuary – Crisis Intervention Hub CIC provides essential support to individuals facing emotional distress or experiencing overwhelming life challenges, including suicidal thoughts.
Their services include:
- A 7-day crisis support line (8am – 8pm)
- Access to therapy sessions and emotional support
- Hot meals and refreshments at The Cozy Corner
- Distribution of hygiene kits through The Pit Stop
