Stronger Together: Our Meaningful Collaboration with DWP
We recently had the pleasure of working closely with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and it was a genuinely positive and encouraging experience for our team at Neways at Home.
From the very beginning, the DWP team were incredibly responsive, welcoming, and supportive. Their openness and professionalism made our discussions both engaging and productive. It was refreshing to connect with such a knowledgeable and approachable team who truly understand the care sector.
Together, we had insightful conversations around current recruitment trends in the UK care industry and explored opportunities for group sessions at Jobcentres — a fantastic platform to connect directly with job seekers who are passionate about starting or growing a career in care. This is something we’re really looking forward to developing further.
