Our New Training & Live-in Care Manager - Neways at Home

At Neways at Home, we're delighted to welcome Gemma Bennett as our new Training & Live-in care Manager.

With over five years of experience in the care sector, Gemma has progressed from Care Assistant to Care Compliance & Training Manager, gaining extensive knowledge in training, compliance, and person-centred care. Her passion for developing care professionals will help us continue delivering exceptional live-in care and home care services across Weymouth, Portland, Dorchester, and the surrounding areas of Dorset.

Why choose Live-in care?

For many people, home is where they feel happiest and most secure. Live-in care allows individuals to remain in familiar surroundings while receiving dedicated, one-to-one support tailored to their needs.

Whether it's assistance with personal care, medication, meal preparation, companionship, or daily living, live-in care provides peace of mind for both clients and their families, without the need to move into residential care.

With Gemma leading the training and development of our live-in care team, we continue to invest in delivering compassionate, safe, and high-quality care that puts each individual first.

Who can benefit from Live-in care?

Live-in care may be the ideal solution for people who:

  • Want to remain independent in their own home.
  • Need support with everyday tasks or personal care.
  • Are living with dementia or other long-term health conditions.
  • Are recovering after surgery, illness or a hospital stay.
  • Require 24-hour support, reassurance, or companionship.
  • Want a personalised alternative to residential care.

Supporting outstanding care every day

At Neways at Home, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. Gemma's expertise in training, compliance, and person-centred care will help strengthen our team and ensure every client receives the high-quality, compassionate support they deserve.

We are excited to welcome Gemma and look forward to the positive impact she will make for both our care professionals and the people we support.
