"Neways at Home has been the best care provider for our bed bound mum, every team member has engaged showing genuine respect, kindness & all attentive toward needs both mentally & physically, with a excellent work ethic, truly a credit to the care profession. Carers are on time & stay allotted time, engage directly & include mum in conversations, never talking over or as if she is not there. This small respectful act is company & social interaction, hearing about their day, improving mental health & interest in life again. Every visit all personal care needs done with respect & attention to detail ensuring her frail body is cared for gently. Set time visits beneficial for routine, regular times for food & medications etc. light house work supporting living at home. Neways app "One touch", allows family access to carers schedule & more, putting minds at easy. Managers & admin team are also hands carers so all are caring carers at Neways. Well done.
