We are proud to be recognised as a Dignity Champion by the National Dignity Council, reflecting our strong commitment to dignity, respect, and person-centred home care in Weymouth, Portland and Dorchester.
At Neways at Home, dignity is at the heart of the care we provide every day whether through home help, visiting home care or live-in care services.
About the National Dignity Council
The Council helps to shape and influence the work of the Dignity in Care network and promotes, campaigns for, and supports Dignity Champions across the UK.
What is a Dignity Champion?
Led by the National Dignity Council, Dignity Champions are part of a nationwide network of individuals and organisations working to place dignity, respect, and compassion at the heart of UK care services.
A Dignity Champion strongly believes that being treated with dignity is a fundamental human right, not an optional extra. They are committed to promoting compassionate, respectful, and efficient care and actively work to improve standards within health and social care services.
By supporting dignity in care, Dignity Champions help build trust, improve quality, and ensure that people are valued, heard, and always treated with respect.
Why is it important for homecare providers?
As Neways at Home provides home care, live-in care, and home help services in Weymouth, Portland, and Dorchester, being Dignity Champions helps us deliver respectful, person-centred support that values independence and wellbeing—ultimately improving the quality of life for the people we care for.
We provide personalised homecare services to elderly clients who may need support to live independently in the comfort of their own home.
